The AAL chemical and electroplating laboratory is equipped with an automated line that covers a complete scope of plating works such as the removal of old coatings and electroplating parts anew by the means of water treatment and an automated cleaning system.
The laboratory is fully licensed to carry out component electroplating and chemical plating.
The laboratory provides services in cadmium plating, chromate and phosphate coating, with the coat thickness ranging between 3μm and 30μm. The process employs the newest technologies based on cyanide-free solutions. Parts subject to plating vary from 4х4mm to 300х800х800mm in dimension.
The laboratory is also equipped with provisions to perform petroleum, oil, and lubricant quality checks as follows:
- Mechanical particle presence
- Water presence
- Flashpoint temperature
- Kinematic viscosity
