These Terms & Conditions (the “T&C”) set the rules and conditions of the license for use of the website https://aal-group.com/ (the “Site”) owned and operated by AAL Group LTD (the “AAL”) and any materials from the Site including without limitation text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, drawings, pictures, copyrights, databases, information, audio, video and other materials (the “Content”).

This license is not a transfer of any title to the Site or the Content. Ownership of the Site and the Content as well as all intellectual property rights therein and thereto shall remain with AAL, except as individually stated on particular material.
Nothing herein should be construed as granting, directly or indirectly, any license or right to use any of the trademarks, trade names, product names, logos, designs and service marks, except for displaying them, without the advanced written permission of AAL.
This Site and the Content are copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and treaty provisions. You shall comply with them using the Site and the Content and prevent any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or other use in violation thereof or of the license granted by these T&C.
Please note that AAL may actively protect and enforce its intellectual property rights.

Any information, statements, opinions, services, or other information provided by third parties and/or users and made available on the Site are those of the respective third parties and/or users and not AAL.
AAL is not responsible for and do not necessarily hold the opinions expressed by third parties. Users of the Site are solely responsible for the Content generated by them and may be held liable therefor.
AAL, its employees, officers, and shareholders do not undertake any duty to monitor the Site for inappropriate or unlawful Content and assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from the Content thereof including, but not limited to, claims for defamations, libel, or misrepresentation.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If no amicable solution can be reached, you can use a mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution methods, prior to litigation.
The courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these T&C in your country of residence or any other relevant country. In these circumstances applicable law may be decided on the case-by-case basis.
MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
AAL reserves the right to modify all or part of the Site, at any time, including, without limitation, the right to delete, modify and/or vary any elements, features, and functions of the Site.
AAL reserves the right to change or modify the T&C at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions to the T&C shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting new terms and conditions on the Site. MISCELLANEOUS
These T&C do not alter nor modify any agreements you might have with AAL or any of its Affiliate. “Affiliate” means any person, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or other form of enterprise that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, AAL.
If any part of these T&C is found invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which such provisions are invalid or unenforceable, they shall be severed and deleted from these T&C. Remainder of these T&C shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by any party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Nothing in these T&C shall be construed as granting, directly or indirectly, any rights to any third parties, and third parties are not allowed to enforce any of the provisions hereof against AAL.
