AAL Group Ltd has the following capabilities related to helicopters modernization
- Fabrication of light sources based on LED for adapting the internal and external lighting of the helicopter for the use of NVG.
- Fabrication of instrument panels, consoles and junction boxes.
- Fabrication of parts for installation of electrical and radio equipment on the helicopter both in the internal compartments of the helicopter and outside (EOP, antennas).
- Fabrication of edge lit panels and metallographics.

Composite workshop
AAL Group Ltd has the technical ability to manufacture parts from composite materials. Our engineering capabilities include a full cycle of engineering support for production and the development of design and engineering documentation for manufactured part, contact surfaces, special equipment, and tools.
Parameters of manufactured parts
- Operations: impregnation of the reinforcing material with a binder (prepreg production), contact laying of the prepreg on the contact surface, molding (vacuum treatment) with heating up to +80 °C or without heating, trimming the allowances after the binder has cured, parts testing
- The dimensions of the manufactured parts are not limited
- Materials for composites: reinforcing material – glass fabrics, carbon fabrics, aramid fabrics; binders – epoxy resins, polyester resins, compounds, gelcoats; enamels and compositions for the facial layer
- Production equipment: contact surfaces and molds of our own production;
- Equipment: vacuum and heating system for molding
