7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English laws. Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of this terms and conditions or arising therefrom or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be settled by the London Court of International Arbitration in Dubai International Financial Centre - DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre and according to Arbitration Rules of DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause, at the Party in breach's expense. The party in breach shall compensate legal attorneys fees and arbitration/litigation costs. The place of the arbitration shall be DIFC, Dubai, UAE. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The arbitration award shall be final and binding. AAL may undertake enforcement hereof in any court having proper jurisdiction. The provisions hereof shall be broadly interpreted and strictly followed and observed.
